Not necessarily. We hire at every level, from helpers learning the trade to experienced installers running their own jobs. If you're new to flooring, we'll train you on our process and tools. If you've been in the business for years, we want to hear about it during the interview so we can match you to the right role and pay grade.
Most days start early at the shop, loading materials and heading out as a crew. Jobs are a mix of residential and light commercial work across central Minnesota, with most installs running one to five days. You'll be on your feet doing physical work in customers' homes, so being clean, on time, and professional matters as much as the craftsmanship.
Yes. Hardwood flooring is mostly indoor work, so we stay busy through Minnesota winters. Spring and fall are our heaviest seasons, with overtime usually available for anyone who wants the hours.
Yes — we're the hardwood flooring partner for many of Minnesota's top custom home builders. We coordinate directly with construction teams to install at the right stage of the build, keeping your project on schedule.
